The main profile of production and services:

Right:

  • Qualification certificate of the Welding Institute in Gliwice qualifying the Rolstal company for the first group of plants according to PN-M-69009 and entitling to carry out welding works in the field of performance, assembly and renovation of steel structures class 1, 2, 3, in accordance with PN-M-69008 PN-M-69008 and steel building structures, taking into account the PN-B-06200 standards inserted from non-fingerprints, low and high-level steel;
  • Certificate PN-EN ISO 3834-2: 2007 TÜV Rheinland determining the fulfillment of full quality requirements for welding of metal materials;
  • Tüv Rheinland certificate for steel structures according to EN 1090-2;
  • Certificate of company production control (FPC) according to EN 1090-1;
  • Non -destructive test certificates according to PN -EN ISO 9712 - VT2, MT2, UT2.
  • Qualified welding technologies (WPQR).

Welded materials:

  • Non-fueled structural constantly according to PN-EN 10025-2 ÷ 6 e.g. S235 ÷ S355 J2, S420 MC; S690 QL, S700 MC;
  • Corrosion resistant to chromium-nickel, austenitic steels according to PN-EN 10088 e.g. 1.4310, 1.4541 or 1H18N9, 1H18N10T according to PN-7\/H-86020;
  • Aluminum and aluminum alloys.

Welding methods:

  • Semi -automatic welding with melting electrode in the cover of MAG (135) and neutral gases of MIG (131);
  • Hand welter with MMA wrappled electrode (111);
  • TIG (141) inert electrode welding in the inert gas cover;
  • Welding with an indoor arch (121).

Welding technology:

  • Qualified welding technologies according to PN-EN ISO 15614-1 (WPQR) for full melting joints with full melting joints and the inguinal joints and the technological instructions used (WPS).

Welding staff:

  • Welders with permissions to perform FW inguinal joints and bw bw sheets and pipes according to EN ISO 9606-1 and EN ISO 9606-2;
  • Operators of welding devices according to PN-EN ISO 14732.

Welding supervision staff:

  • Welding supervision staff have competences confirmed by appropriate diplomas and competence certificates as well as experience;
  • Iwe (International Welding Engineer) - International Welding Engineer - Main Welder;
  • IWT (International Welding Technologist) - International Welding Technologist - Head of the Department of Steel Structures;
  • IWS (International Welding Specialist) - International Master Spawalnik - Master of the Department of Steel Construction.

Welding control staff:

  • Control staff has relevant practical experience and competences in the field of quality control and have certificates of competence in the field of non-destructive tests in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 9712-VT2-VT2-MT2-MT2-magnetic and prolific research, UT2-UT2-ultrasonic research;
  • Quality control is an independent organizational unit carrying out the inspection before welding, during welding and after welding;
  • The steel structure department meets the quality requirements for welding of metal materials according to PN-EN ISO 3834-2: 2007.
