Różańska 45, registered in the National Court Register under the number 0000391309, hereinafter referred to as ROLSTAL. The information content, structure and form of presentation are made available by ROLSTAL on this website. The terms of use of the website are determined by the legal standards applicable in Poland. Any disputes arising from the terms of use of this website and other issues related to the use of this website will be resolved by the court competent for the registered office of ROLSTAL.
2. ROLSTAL makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on this website is complete, true and up-to-date.
   However, ROLSTAL is not responsible for:

   Copying data or information, and in particular using materials posted on the website, as well as their fragments, photos and videos, without the written consent of ROLSTAL is prohibited.
5. Opening this website implies the publication of certain information, e.g. IP address, type and version of the browser used, operating system, starting website and clock time. The above information will not be used by ROLSTAL. They only serve as statistical information to improve the attractiveness of this website, improve the published content and the functionality of the website.

9. ROLSTAL reserves the right to change the Legal Notice. The current version of the Legal Notice is always available on the website. ROLSTAL is not obliged to inform about changes in the Legal Notice. Using the website by users after introducing changes is tantamount to expressing acceptance of the introduced changes. ROLSTAL has the right to completely discontinue providing the website or parts of it without the need to notify about this fact.
